SUGAR SPRINGS DAMS

Sugar Springs is a development situated around two connecting lakes: Lake Lancer and Lake Lancelot. The lakes receive water from the Sugar River, which is a tributary of the Tittabawassee River that flows into the Saginaw River. Lake Lancer and Lake Lancelot were created in the 1970s as impoundments of the Sugar River when several dams were built to create the Sugar Springs development.
