WHO WE ARE

This project is led and has oversight by the Sugar Springs Lake Authority Board which serves as the delegated authority to maintain the legal lake levels:

• Mike Visnaw, Gladwin County Commissioner

• Don Gonzales, Butman Township Supervisor

• David Harris, Sugar Springs Property Owners Association General Manager

• Dan Griffin, member-elect, treasurer and secretary

The Sugar Springs Lake Authority Board is responsible for the operation, maintenance and improvement of the dams that impact Lake Lancer and Lake Lancelot. Legal lake levels were established under Part 307, Inland Lake Levels of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act.
